Meet Sherri Sparaga, the powerhouse behind SparkUpCPG.
With more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry — spanning a Fortune 500 leader and a high-growth startup — Sherri founded SparkUpCPG to provide founders with the commercial expertise to ignite their purpose-driven health and wellness brands.
Her foundation was built during 18 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where she rose to Vice President of National Retail Sales within the Venturing & Emerging Brands (VEB) unit — an incubator created to identify and build Coca-Cola’s next billion-dollar brands. There, she mastered the art of navigating retail complexity, leading high-performing teams, and driving market share growth on a national scale. Sherri later brought that expertise to Vive Organic, where she helped shape the brand’s go-to-market strategy, accelerate growth, and position the company for a successful exit.
Today, Sherri channels her deep industry knowledge and passion for growth into helping emerging CPG founders scale smarter and faster through SparkUpCPG. Sherri lives in New Jersey with her husband, Lee, their two teenage sons, and their dog, Teddy. She is an avid cook, reader, traveller, and fitness lover. She’s also deeply committed to giving back through Cycle for Survival, Morristown Beard School, and the Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges.
